1. The promoter is Taylor Austin Installations
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Taylor Austin Installations
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. You can nominate a key worker by tagging them on the competition post on our Facebook page [ ]
2. The selected key worker will be contacted via Facebook and will need to be tagged in the competition post and follow the Taylor Austin Installations Facebook page to qualify. We are asking nominees to follow the Facebook page in order to confirm they are happy to be entered into the competition - If a person is not following the page, we will deem that they are not in agreement with being entered into the competition.
3. You can nominate as many key workers as you like on the Facebook competition post
4. The install must be within the Peterborough and surrounding areas. (Areas noted at the footer of this page).
5. Nominations can be made until 1st June, with the being announced within 28 days. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. The key worker must be able to prove that they are a key worker. Either via ID badges or alternative means.
7. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The install
1. The install can be booked anytime within the next 12 months (from the date the winner is announced) depending on availability.
2. The key worker must be nominated via Facebook, and the install must be within the Peterborough and surrounding areas. (Areas noted at the footer of this page).
3.0 The winner will receive labour only on an install of their choice, worth up to a maximum of £1200.00 including VAT. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize amount can be used towards an install of higher value if preferred. If the install cost is lower than the prize amount, no cash alternative will be offered for the remainder.
4.The winner can choose any installation but details will need to be agreed with Taylor Austin Installations - The install will be subject to an on site survey (when appropriate) where Taylor Austin Installations will offer any help and advice.
5. The winner must provide their own items/materials in order to complete the installation unless agreed otherwise with Taylor Austin Installations. The competition is to win labour only up to a value of £1200.00 including VAT (no items will be supplied) however Taylor Austin Installations can supply any required items and materials to the winner, but this must be paid for by the winner prior to delivery of the items.
Other
1. Taylor Austin Installations reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2. Taylor Austin Installations is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. Decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law
5. By accepting the prize of this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and images of their install publicly, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Taylor Austin Installations and not to any other party
10. Taylor Austin Installations will pick a winner at random from all complete entries via Facebook.
11. Taylor Austin Installation‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
12. The entrant must be following Taylor Austin Installations on Facebook in order to enter.
13. Taylor Austin Installations shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.
14. Taylor Austin Installations also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
List of accepted key workers (as advised by government)
- Health and Social Care - NHS staff including administrative and cleaning workers. Front line health and social care staff such as doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics, plus support ans specialist staff in the health and social care sector. Producers and distributors of medicines and personal protective equipment.
- Education and childcare - Nursery, teachers, teaching assistants and social workers
- Food chain workers, including those in productions, processing, distribution, sale and delivery of goods
- Key public services - Postal workers, justice system
- Local Government - Local government workers in admin roles essential to the effective delivery of the Covid-19 response or delivering essential public services including payment of benefits
- Utility workers - Staff needed to keep oil, gas, electricity, water and sewerage operations running. Staff in the civil nuclear, chemical and telecommunications sectors. Those in postal services and those working to provide essential financial services.
- Public safety and national security - Police and support staff, Ministry of Defence civilian staff and armed forces personnel, fire and rescue staff, and workers responsible for border security, prisons and probation
- Transport - including those who will keep air, water, road and rail passenger and freight transport modes operating during the Covid-19 response.
